After today's Supreme Court ruling that upheld the Affordable Care Act, Rick Palacio released the following statement:

"Now that the highest court in the land has spoken, it is time for us to focus on successfuly implementing the Affordable Care Act and ensuring that quality, affordable health care is a reality for all Americans. Democrats stand ready to work with anyone interested in moving forward, and we will hold accountable those who remain focused on re-litigating old fights."
